Wholesale and export orders are sourced and prepared against confirmed commercial requirements. Returns are not accepted automatically and must be authorized in writing.
Reporting an issue
Notify Trading-B BV promptly with the order reference, product, quantity affected, photographs, shipping documents and a clear description of the issue.
Review process
Claims are reviewed against the agreed specification, delivery terms, inspection records and applicable sales documentation. Products must not be returned without written instructions.
Resolution
Where a claim is accepted, the appropriate resolution will be determined under the agreed commercial terms and applicable law.
